Supervisor Foreword

   The concern of the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in fighting the phenomenon of commercial concealment and the repulsion of its dangers, the Ministry of Commerce exerted great efforts with the cooperation of some other authorities to limit the spread of commercial concealment phenomenon because of the negative effects on the national economy . 

    We are hoping that the support of this chair will confirm its important to get rid out of the negative aspects resulted from this practice in illegitimate competition , taking jobs and business from Saudi citizens, increasing the unemployment rate in the Saudi society and increasing the burden on public facilities. 

    Also I have to thank the supporter of this chair, his Excellency professor Osama Bin Sadek Tayyeb, and to the dean of the faculty of economics and administration professor Hossam Bin Abdul Mohsen Al Anqri for his continuous efforts in supporting faculty members to enrich the scientific research movement in the university , we hope that may Allah helps us to achieve the desired targets from this chair.
