Professor Foreword

    The phenomenon of commercial concealment has imposed a great deal of concern for Saudi citizens as it represents an economic pressure on them, this issue has created a non equal competition in the local market. The Saudi government has attempted to combat this problem but these efforts have not succeeded so far, in fact this practice have even increased lately. The government have realized the problems related to this illegal practice from economic, social, legal and political angles. 

     Therefore the importance of this chair comes from the urgent need to carry out an initiative for the study of the cases and problems related to commercial concealment ; in addition, the chair will contribute positively to the role of the university in serving the community. 

     Also I would like to thank the supporter of this chair, his excellency professor Osama Bin Sadek Tayyeb, and the dean of the faculty of economics and administration professor Hossam Bin Abdulmohsen Al Anqri for his continuous efforts in supporting faculty members to enrich the scientific research movement in K.A.U. we hope that may Allah helps us to achieve the desired targets from this chair.
